It features captivating views of the Sandia Mountains; 3 well-appointed bedrooms; 2 full baths (large master with a jetted tub); fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter-tops; finished 2 car garage and many other features. Take in the rich morning sunlight and views from our charming breakfast nook; or relax in the afternoon on one of the 2 private patios. The house is conveniently located near Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Peak Tram; and Sandia Resort and Casino. The area offers many outdoor activities including golf, skiing, hiking, biking, running and walking along miles of improved and unimproved trails and paths. You are also just a short drive from many fine shops, movie theaters, micro-breweries and restaurants. Enjoy museums and the nightlife in Old town, Downtown and Nob Hill - a short drive away. Another great stay!

We had another fabulous stay at this beautiful house in Tanoan! Everything is beautifully decorated and maintained, and it is a great place to stay while in Albuquerque. We have already been in touch with the owners for another stay in the future- we will absolutely be back!!

We realy enjoyed this house for additional space and convenience during a family visit. The location is safe and central, the house is clean and well furnished, and the owners were very helpful. Beautiful views of the mountains from the breakfast room as well.
