With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, the villa provides plenty of space and convenience for all guests, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and enjoy them together.



On the lower floor, Villa Prime features a complete leisure area with snooker, table tennis and table football, perfect for fun with family and friends.



Outside, you can enjoy the heatable pool (additional cost) and a dining area with BBQ, ideal for relaxing moments under the Algarve sun.



Located in a quiet area of Albufeira, Villa Prime is close to beaches, restaurants and local shops, making it the perfect retreat for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 13th to the 18th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
