Modern house with pool, 600 m from the beach
This house is located about 600 m from Galé beach, in a small, quiet condominium where calm is assured.
The residence is made up of ten houses grouped around a pleasant communal swimming pool.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful and modern American kitchen, fully equipped, a bathroom as well as a large modern and comfortable living / dining room with satellite TV and WI FI. The straight lines, the clean furniture and the tones of this room have been chosen with care so that you make the most of your stay in a pleasant setting.
The living / dining room overlooks a small private garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with its private bathroom and its beautiful terrace. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and the other has two single beds.
The house has air conditioning.
Around the house you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. However, 10 minutes by car is enough to reach Albufeira, a city known for its nightlife or to the large Algarve Shopping center where you will find many restaurants and shops of all kinds.
Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.
For winter booking only (Nov to feb)- Final cleaning fee : 90 euros
(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).
From November to February (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.

Superb villa in excellent order.
Very good location behind gated entry, very quite retreat suitable for adults. Maria very helpful, would have given it 5 stars if a few more neccessities had been included like spare waste bin bags and a booklet telling the renter about recycling and where collections bins were. An overview of the area and essential phone numbers for police/doctors etc plus local supermarket and restaurant locations would be very usefull. With those few items provided we would have given it 5 stars.

schönes Reihenhaus in gepflegter kleiner Anlage
Sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus mit schöner Terrasse. Die Beschreibung ist absolut zutreffend. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Der Gemeinschaftspool kann von 9 Wohneinheiten genutzt werden, wir waren meistens alleine im Pool. Sehr gepflegte Anlage in absolut ruhiger Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 10-15 min. entfernt, dort gibt es auch eine schöne Cocktail-Bar. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es drei schöne Restaurants, ein Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar; dennoch ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Albufeira ist 15 Autominuten entfernt.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen und haben diese Unterkunft unseren besten Freunden empfohlen :-)
