A short walk from fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops, and just 500m from the beach, Villa Dorado is perfect for relaxing car-free holidays in the heart of the city with family and friends.The property has 5 bedrooms (1 double and 4 twin) and 4 bathrooms (2 with shower and 2 with bath and shower).The main living room is open-plan and includes a cosy sitting area with comfortable sofas and a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking at home.The charming outdoor patio is accessed through sliding doors and has an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy meals or drinks, with a traditional brick BBQ at hand for summer grilling. Sunbeds are available to enjoy the hot Algarve sun between refreshing dips in the private pool.The property is located in a residential area just 150 metres from Albufeira's Strip, and benefits from proximity to everything you might need for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Oura Beach is the closest) and shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance in the lively Oura area. The historic Albufeira Old Town is about a 10-minute drive away.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, / It is recommended to rent a car, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
