Not what was expected or described.

It is way more that 20 meters from water but has a great view. The air ducts were filthy ( a. guy came to fix air). The main bedroom shower would not empty so could only use one in the 2nd bedroom which by the way had no closet. It sets on the side of a hill and is very difficult to get to the beach because it is so steep and full of gully washes. You need a car if you are going to rent this place. Miserable vacation. Not close to anything and difficult to walk around the building or to places to eat. No information was provided about cleaning, TV or none about area or what to do if you need direction for using appliances or need a repair. Rita said it is not her job do give help just to check you in and out.

Beautiful spot overlooking ocean

Beautiful spot overlooking the Ocean.Indoor and outdoor pool, but neither are heated in March, so unusable. Nice little beach and restaurant on it. Cliffs are walkable to other beaches on either side.

Great stay!

We quite enjoyed our stay at your property. Everything was as pictured. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The property manager was very helpful with our requests as to figuring out tv and stovetop controls. I suggest you make up a page with such instructions, as well as phone numbers for emergency situations (fire, ambulance, police etc) a good idea. These have been at other VRBO places. We are definitely interested in a return visit. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

"Excellent, very well equipped apartment in a very quiet area, with the sea view and nearby beach (about 50 m) and a car park belonging to the building. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets around so you can easily buy what you need. The accommodation is within 30 minutes walk from the Albufeira town centre and 10 minutes walk from The Strip (which is a long street with main restaurants and souvenir shops). I had a wonderful time there and hope to go there again."

Estadia maravilhosa

O apartamento é ótimo e a localização incrível. A praia fica a 5 minutos a pé. A piscina externa é muito boa e a interna podia ser aquecida mas ainda sim vale a pena. A atenção dos anfitriões é algo a se pontuar - sempre atenciosos. Foi uma semana maravilhosa e espero voltar.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist super und es sind nur 50m bis zum Meer, den man durch den Garten mit Pool erreichen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und es waren zu unserer Zeit immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Vom Trubel von Albufeira kriegt man in der kleinen Bucht nicht wirklich was mit wenn man nicht möchte...

Tolles Appartment, super Lage, schöner Urlaub!

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Der kleine aber feine Strand liegt direkt am Appartement und lädt zum relaxen und schwimmen ein. Die ersten 2 Tage hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser, aber der Vermieter hat sich direkt darum gekümmert! Der "Strip" ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Innenstadt von Albufeira ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

"Bon accueil, appartement conforme aux photos et aux attentes ; superbe vue sur la mer et surtout à 2min à pein d''une petite crique bien sympathique... Avec le GPS + indications du propriétaire, aucun souci pour trouver la résidence. Bref, un peu de bruit et quelques moustiques mais au global de vraies vacances très agréables dans un bel et grand appartement."
