Apartamento bem localizado e com boa infraestrutura. Carece de pequenos ajustes, como reparo do frigorífico original da cozinha. O que foi colocado no hall como substituto era de tamanho pequeno, insuficiente para armazenar alimentos e bebidas para 3 pessoas, conforme em nossa estadia.
