Perfect Holiday Apartment!👌

Second time staying at this spartment, it is well equipped & has everything you need. A stone's throw away from the beach & very close to a local mini market, bars, restaurants, & a little coffee shop. My only grumble is that there is no lift in the building but this is more than compensated for by the spectacular sea view!

Plenty of room with an amazing view!! Plenty of kitchen essentials were available (toaster, microwave, coffee maker). Street parking was a challenge at night but not terrible. The bathroom could use a little updating. Great value in my opinion.

Het uitzicht is mooi. Appartement heeft met name in het huiskamer gedeelte en nare penetrante muffe geur. Wat gemaskeerd wordt door een cederhout olie geur verspreider. Slaapkamer ging nog wel. Maat ik was er niet met plezier. Verder was er, anders dan aangegeven, geen broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat.

Nos quedamos unas 5 horas sin agua Olor intenso a humedad. Bajada a la playa muy dificultosa Zonas comunes del edificio muuy abandonadas y sucias Incluso entraron en el apartamento en nuestra ausencia

Séjour décevant

Appartement vieillissant (mal). Pas du tout équipé pour des séjours de fin de saison : pas de chauffage, pas de couvertures supplémentaires. Propreté très moyenne. Le couvre-lit de la chambre parentale nettement sale et la moquette de la chambre d'enfants complètement dégoûtante. Le sol n'était pas propre. L'équipement de la cuisine était correct et les sanitaires aussi. La terrasse et les chambres sont côté rue alors que la vue superbe sur l'océan et la salle de séjour sont de l'autre côté. L'accès à l'immeuble est dans une rue étroite dépourvue de trottoirs, assez fréquentée notamment par des bus se qui rend la sortie assez dangereuse avec de jeunes enfants.

Ta bort denna ur listan kräver pengar tillbaka!

Lägenheten har ett helt fantastskt läge, på klipporna över stranden i Albuferia. När jan anländer börjar det hela med att låset till lägenheten äe så dåligt att det tog mig 45 min att komma in. Väl inne så känns lukten. Det är som om.någon hällt ut hundra liter öl över golven, ja så luktar det. Men upp med alla dörrar och fönster, bort med draperierna. Det är först då man upptäcker att lägenheten är ingrodd av slit och alla dammråttor i Albuferia förefaller ha sitt ursprung här. Letar dammsugare men det finns såklart inte. En gammaldags kvast som man möjligen kan röra runt dammet med. I slaskhinken under diskhon i ”köket” har föregående hyresgästens sopor lämnats kvar som något slags arv. Arvet itgörs dessutom av fördgående gästs brödsmulor över alla köksbänkarna. Men som om det har bebotts av fyra femåringar... ni vet hur dom skivar en fralla...mmm. De båda futonsofforna i vardagsrummet har nåt slags överkast över sig som är så skitiga att man inte vill sätta sig i dom. Så löver till toaletten, jo handfatet förefaller vara avtorkat men i den ”skrubb” där toan är placerad stinker det piss! Vääällldigt äckligt! Och sen nästa överraskning. Såå sjukt, när man ska ställa upp toalocket så gåt det inte att fälla upp det mer än till sextio procent. Toans vattencistern är felplacerad och är ivägen för ett uppfällt dasslock. Så när man krånglat sug in sittandes på toan så har man dasslocket på ryggen.... Behöver jag ens säga att alla handdukar hade märkliga gulbruna fläckar...
