On the ground floor, the house features a cozy living room — ideal for relaxing after a sunny day — and a fully equipped kitchen that connects seamlessly to the dining area, creating a fluid and functional space. This floor also includes a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, as well as a convenient guest WC.



Upstairs, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, all with access to the outdoors and beautiful sea views. One of the rooms is a suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort. The other two bedrooms include one with bunk beds — perfect for children — and another with two single beds, ideal for siblings or friends.
