Apartment in Sou Bou, east of the island, next to a large coastal marsh that runs parallel to the coast.
Its good location, a few km from Alayor in the center of the island, allows you to reach any point of Menorca in a short time, 15 min. by car from the airport, and well located with respect to its nearest beach that is located 400 meters, although access to the beach is by a single site that is reached in 10 minutes on foot or by cart a few minutes by car.

Space
The apartment has a spacious living room with two sofas and dining room with TV, integrated kitchen, and exit to the very nice private porch / terrace with table and chairs, for outdoor dining surrounded by garden areas; 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, (the main one with its own terrace), bathroom. There is Wi-Fi internet connection and parking facility in front of the apartment.
The apartment has everything you need: sheets, towels, household items with all kinds of utensils. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils for breakfast, lunch and dinner with comfort. It has basic cleaning equipment, hair dryer and iron. It also has supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
It does not have air conditioning but there are fans in the living room and in each of the rooms.

Service and common areas
The apartment is located in zone 5 of the San Jaime urbanization. The urbanization is very quiet and safe with beautiful and well-kept garden areas. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the sea and landscape. The complex has a nice pool with restaurant and bar. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid

The neighborhood
The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach or 3 minutes with the little train and 5 minutes from the commercial area. These distances make it a very quiet area, without noise, but with all kinds of services within 5 minutes walking (Bars, Restaurants, Ice Cream, Bowling, Supermarkets, Private Medical Center, Train to the beach, disco, etc.).

The beach of Son Bou has more than 2 km of white sand, being the most extensive beach of the island and having all kinds of services: sunbeds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, bars, picnic area, etc ...
For trekking lovers, the apartment is next to one of the most beautiful stretches of the famous Camí de Cavalls, which allows you to take a walk in the middle of nature (or hire a horse ride) and reach the beach of Santo Tomas.
