Street parking only and it was very very difficult to find. Nobody was available to help bring the luggage to the room. This would normally be ok, but I was traveling with my older parents and it would have been very helpful. Breakfast was not very good, but the views were great.

Okay for a 3 start hotel

It's a 3 star hotel. I should have known better. I also should have realized that the hotel would not have the best view since it is winter, and the pools were not accessible or even had water in them. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was given an old physical key with a dirty keychain that I'm sure had not been sanitized. The room I entered did not have a mattress on the bed frame. It was an empty bed and in a small room. I was so upset that I went straight back down to the lobby and just said, "There is no mattress on the bed." The receptionist saw my irritation and gave me a new room - he said it was bigger and much more space with a better view. I went to the second room. It was a bigger room with a nice view - although the view of the pools were empty and full of rain water. The shower only had shampoo, no body wash. The bed had a sheet on it, but the blankets were somewhere else. It was fine for a 3 star hotel, but there was like a metal scent that was stuck in my nose maybe from the water pipes or bathroom. I will not be staying here again.

Dreadful!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Cold, dirty, an old metal shelf unit for baggage, Clothes, everything inc an old domestic fridge! No where to sit, dreadful service except in the top floor breakfast terrace where is was excellent and friendly! We left early!

Rather disappointed

Tired room. Peeling paint, missing curtain, missing fire Safety sign, exposed wires on bedside light, toilet had been used & not flushed when we checked in. No duvet, just a thin sheet, so we had to leave the aircon on heat all night to keep warm. We found 5 dressmakers pins on the bed amongst the display cover & the towels. We used these to pin the display cover up as a curtain. If we had not noticed these pins we would of slept with them in the bed! Lots of noise from other guests. Really dirty carpets in corridors. Lift only big enough for 1 person. Breakfast still served from behind Covid screen. Breakfast staff were nice. Great sea view from our balcony (although only one chair) Great views from the top floor breakfast room. Good location for town, beach & Castle

To be honest i don't know how to start. It was a terrible experience from beginning, the hotel don't have a car park how they mention, you need to find yourself a spot and the guy from reception it wasn't very helpful. Corridors are terrible, smelly, lots of stains on the carpet and unfinished work on the electric cable ( you can see them how they hang out on the wall). The room was vey very dirty and full of dust, also from the batrhoom its coming a powerful smell from pipes and you can't close properly the door because you remain with the handle in your hands. Also the breakfast its one of the worst i had, products are not fresh at all. We book initially for 4 days but we shortly to only one day .... The only good thing it was we get refunded for 2 days so we lose money only for 1 day. I will not recomandate this hotel to nobody better to sleep in the car

Lovely place

We had a great stay here, the rooms were a little smaller than some we've stayed but not tiny. Breakfast was great, always a good variety and the air-conditioning was nice and quiet. The only negative was having to remember to ask for the room to be cleaned as we had no please clean/ do not disturb sign in the room.(covid has caused a lot of changes in that area i have found,) and the handle came off on one of the doors. But these things happen and didn't cause any actual problems. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and the area is great.

I was there for 7 days and I had sew view room. My stay was enjoyable and location is perfect. Close to everything. Reception stuff are very helpfull. Nice terace with brekfast. I would stay again in M.C.A hotel.

Great location horrible beds

Great location, close to town restaurants and busses, but you can hear all the noise from the street hard to sleep, they ask more money to change the room to another level, don't pay before you get there, cause if you try to check out early they're not gonna pay you the money back, the rooms gets cleaned only if you ask to, toilette paper you have to ask for it, water is not available you have to get your own, close to the beach close to town those are the benifits, nothing else. Oh the mattress too firm the pillows horrible, not a comfortable sleep.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just 1 minute walking distance to the beach. The staff was very helpful and kind. I had a triathlon race in Alanya, the hotel location again 1 minute walking distance to the event area. The staff was so supportive to the athletes, prepared us an early breakfast in the race morning. The location of the hotel is also among the best and well-known restaurants of Alanya and super close to markets. My stay was definitely the value of the price, I recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to enjoy, sea, food and a nice view in Alanya.

Заказала отель через сайт expedia на 3 суток в стоимость 1500 TL. Когда заехали с мужем была сильно удивлена всему!!!! Отель был совсем пустой и не было никого. В самом отели: номера маленькие, паласы все в коридоре грязные, 1 простынь на двоих накрываться ночью, заход в море с булыжниками, что в море невозможно зайти, завтрак ужасный Когда я попросила вернуть деньги, то мне сказали, что не вернут. Мы с мужем кое-как 3 суток пробыли. Не советую данный отель никому!!!!
