Abzocke

Nachdem wir das Hotel online gebucht sowie gezahlt haben sind wir am Hotel angekommen, wo uns der selbe Preis den wir bereits Online überwiesen hatten nochmal in Bar abverlangt wurde. Alle Angestellten and der Rezeption sprachen ausschließlich Türkisch (gemeinsam mit meiner Reisebegleitung haben wir es auf 6 unterschiedlichen Sprachen versucht) und schienen unwillig von uns angebotene Wege einfacherer Kommunikation (Übersetzer, jemanden anrufen der übersetzen kann) anzunehmen. Zudem war ein Rezeptionist von vorne herein sehr unfreundlich und wurde mit der Zeit immer lauter. Nachdem wir uns letztlich weigerten das doppelte für das Hotel zu zahlen wurden uns die Schlüssel verwehrt und wir wurden hinaus komplementiert. Auf eine Beschwerde hin bei Expedia wurde veranlasst dass das bereits gezahlte Geld zurück überwiesen wurde. Ich kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten, das Personal kann keinerlei Fremdsprachen, ist unhöflich und es wird versucht Kunden über den Tisch zu ziehen. Zu den Zimmern kann ich zudem nichts sagen, jedoch war der erste Eindruck in der lobby bereits dass das hotel ziemlich herunter gekommen ist.

Black nightmare

Virkelig dårligt hotel, malingen skaller af væggene, ikke bare lidt men så meget at en halv vægs maling lå på gulvet, de har ikke engang gidet feje det op, og det er fordi der er så meget mug. På under 5 minutter så vi 10 kalkelakker, så snart du træder ind i “lejligheden” stinker der er mug og kakelakker, mangler toiletpapir, der kom grønt-ish vand ud af hanerne, der var mug i møblerne alt i alt forfærdeligt hotel og vil absolut ikke anbefale nogen at booke det.. vi rejste 6 guider fra side til Alanya og havde ingen høje standarder, så havde vi booket fra vores eget katalog! men det her var ud over alle forventninger en dårlig hotel oplevelse har set hoteller uden stjerner som var billigere og havde i det mindste ikke mug og vi var også virkelig fulde så vi havde absolut ingen høje forventninger! Spild af penge 100% og efterfølgende har de sagt de kunne ha gjort noget ved kakelakkerne men det nægter jeg at tro på vi gjorde dem opmærksom på hvor klamt der var og hvor mange kakelakker vi havde slået ihjel der oppe og deres svar var, hvad havde i forventet til den pris?! Wow altså... vi kaldte det for Black nightmare.. Desværre tog vi ingen billeder men videoer af rummet.. Dog har de en super ren og pæn pool vi turde dog ikke bade i den.

Otele geç vakit vardık görevli odayı gösterdi odanın boyaları dökülüyordu eşyalar eskiydi eşim geç vakit başka otel aramayalım burda kalalım dedi. Ücreti ödedim. Odada klima çalışmıyormuş mevsimkış başka oda istedik. Bizi başks odaya verdiler. Oda pis banyo tuvalet lavobo odalar pis. Nevresimler pis eşyalar eski kalınacak gibi değil. Ailemle otelden ayrılmaya karar verdik. Ücretin tamamını geri veremeyeceklerini söyleyip 100 Tl nin yarısını kesip 50 Tl verdiler. Ayrıldık .para ve zaman kaybettik
