Door key never worked, had to have staff let me in every time I wanted in my room, then the room next to me kept smoking in a non smoking floor, had to be moved to another room without the ocean view I paid for.. staff at hotel was very nice and I know not their fault for door issue or people smoking.

Cleanliness is correct, staff are friendly, swimming pool is pleasant but Indian restaurant on ground floor and breakfast were disappointing (croissants were stale)
