Beautiful fixtures, but shoddy finishes and decor. Masking tape when painting would have gone a long way to show pride of ownership. Though tidy, the space was unclean: food stuck on the dishes in the cabinets, hair and dust on the floors, mildew and soap scum on the shower walls. The unit is in the basement, no window view, and climate control is limited to opening or closing vent covers. Otherwise, the linens smelled fresh, the neighborhood and proximity to zoo (20 min) is nice, and the laundry machines worked well. After we did some cleaning, it was a satisfactory stay.

Needs More TLC

Bright and well lit. Adequately stocked with items. Bedroom was clean ans the entire place had lots of closet space. 2nd bedroom was locked and not accessible to me. Would have been nice to lay out my suitcase there. The problem was clealiness. The dishes-- plates, cups and spoons were dirty. I had to wash everthing before I used it. Kitchen stove, although I did not use it, was also very dirty. Shower was large, but also dirty and grimy. They need to up their game on cleanliness or, if they use a cleaning service, check on its quality much more closely. I did like that it felt private and the parking was great. A few marks and gouges in the walls in the entryway that I took jote of upkn check in. Would stay again if it was cleaned properly.

Overall great stay!

All great, just not able to adjust temperature. In the middle of the morning Ac shut down, it got humid and I hope there were fans available. I messaged the owner and the rest of the stay was comfortable. Thank you

First of all, their page description is misleading. In 2 places it said you get the entire house to yourself. Only to find out it's a basement unit. They had one room locked and I had to contact them later to get access to it. They claimed the unit wasn't ready because the "cleaner" wasn't ready. We waited until they were ready to let us check in and when we did there was no scent of cleaning products or sign of anything being cleaned before we arrived. I believe they lied about having a cleaner Then the hosts tried to force us twice to check out early because they allowed us to check in 1 1/2 hour earlier. I had to get vrbo involved because they wouldn't be considerate that we didn't have to leave early. Other than that it was very very loud. Not only the kids stomping around but the adults yelling and loud talking until 2am They then messaged me that the "cleaning lady" is saying we didn't check out on time when we in fact did.

Exactly the type of space needed

This was a great location to where we were visiting. The property owner was responsive and accommodating to letting us bring our larger pet. It’s a basement apartment so it was very loud upstairs at times. I haven’t lived in an apartment in a long time so I wasn’t used to the added sounds. Thank you for an easy stay

Although the property is listed as 2 bedrooms there is only 1 bedroom. Considerable noise and food odours from upstairs are experienced in this basement apartment.

Excellent

I enjoyed my stay at Prestige accommodation. The unit was beautiful, clean and very spacious. I really felt like home. A great place for my family and I. Very comfortable and spacious located in a peaceful and workable residential area. It was close to a park, a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and a shopping mall. The host was very friendly, responsive and available whenever we reached out to him. After a long trip with only a few clothes, we were happy to find a washer and dryer in the unit. The parking on the driveway could accommodate our two cars, it was amazing I recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Thin walls and VERY noisy (upstairs Tenent). Worst of all, no thermostat control downstairs and it was extremely hot, terrible for sleeping.
