The property was surprisingly pleasant considering the drive thru downtown was concerning due to homelessness & obvious drug use. The area around the hotel was clear of any of the activity. The breakfast was the best I’ve e er experienced in a hotel. - The only draw back was a recent food stain (melted ice cream?) on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. It definitely should have been shampooed before rebooking. - Other than that, the staff was pleasant, the facility was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. And the shuttle service to and from the concert was a huge bonus!!

Checked in, room smelled bad and heater wasn't working, was relocated to an odd suite with an old kitchen, room was not great. Add in teams of kids running all over the hotel while the parents were getting drunk in the bar -

Nice riverfront location with immediate access to great walkin/biking trail. Good food with tired and/or inexperienced wait staff. good value for a really excellent hotel
