Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Meals at restaurant were excellent especially the pizzas - beautiful crust. My only complaint would be no laundry facilities - we had to find a laundromat but there was no powder. Suggest people bring a small packet of powder with them. Otherwise great location and value for money.

As the name says, in the heart so walk to food and entertainment. Lagoon pool nearby. Designer building, elegant room, double glazed so no noise. Walk in shower, lift, Nespresso machine, fridge, balcony, staff very helpful. Room relatively small. Public parking behind building @ $13 per 24 hours or free in Woolworths back carpark

The property was very clean and staff very helpful the down side of the property was the funfair outside of our room which we have no information on when booking our stay. So we couldn’t use the balcony to sit out or have the doors or windows open due to the loud music.

Was not advised there was major construction directly below my room. Heavy construction Equipment started at 6.20am and continued all day. I complained to staff each day and through an online message but no remediation steps were taken. No discount or room change was offered. The room advertised as ocean view opened directly onto the busy car park. Very poor value for money
