The open plan style kitchen and living area upstairs, flows out onto spacious balconies with breathtaking views. Relax in your pool with a sparkling ocean backdrop or enjoy dining on the deck watching the gentle lights of the marina glisten on the bay.
Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry, fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout for a fresh beach vibe. The downstairs bedroom includes it's own self contained kitchenette, bathroom and living space. Nestled in a quiet part of Airlie Beach but still only a stroll to the main street, marina, shops, restaurants and nightlife.
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

We were 5 mins from town. Everything we needed was included. One thing not mentioned was the 2 single beds were bunk beds. The home is a bit dated but overall it was great.

Great family house with an amazing view and pool
This is a great house. We had older family members and babies and the place worked really well. The layout of the house is great as rooms do have privacy. The deck and pool with the awesome view were perfect for spending time all together. We want to do it again next year.

Spacious with fantastic views
Spacious, well equipped house for five adults with great views over the marina and beyond to the islands. Pool was great to cool off in after hot tropical days. Great location with only a few minutes walk to Airlie Beach centre or to the Coral Sea Marina, however it is steep in places but a taxi is only around $6 and highly recommended on hot days. All four bedrooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been cleaner. A small issue: insufficient washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags or toilet rolls were supplied for our nine night stay.
Overall we would highly recommend this property and would stay again.
