Great location but lacking character

House is in a fantastic location at Aireys Inlet, short walk to cafes, river and beach. It would be useful for future holiday makers to invest in a bit more kitchen equipment and linen (towels and blankets). Kitchen needs some essentials like cheese grater, strainer, salad bowls etc. Unfortunately some of the towels had been used to mop up the floor by the cleaners I think when we arrived. Aireys Inlet is a beautiful place to stay and visit, short drive to Point Roadknight which is great swimming beach and Fairhaven. Coffee and Onda Cafe was great too!
