Study of new construction in 2018. Very close to the sea. Fully equipped. In a very quiet area with shops very close. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, iron, etc. The 10m2 terrace is upstairs. The bathroom has a shower. It is easy to park in front of the studio. Only for short stay rental.

We found the apartment very clean and tidy. It was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The restaurants and bars in Arinaga were easy to walk too and you had plenty of choice. We had a car which is needed if you want to travel to the beach. Would certainly book this apartment again.

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement

Wohnung neuwertig eingerichtet, allerdings im Souterrain und somit etwas dunkel. Alles für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Empfang mit einem großzügigen Presentkorb. Lösung eines unerwartet aufgetretenen Problems wurde sofort in Angriff genommen. Die Lage Ist fußläufig zum Strand. Etwas bedauert haben wir, dass es keine Terrasse mit Ausblick gab, um sich auch draußen aufhalten zu können. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great studio with all amenities

Ideal studio for 2 people, especially if you like to visit Arinaga for surfing, diving or snorkling. It's just a stonethrow away from the beaches. It has a comfortable double bed, kitchen (only minus for us was not having a dishwasher), good shower, washing machine, and the interior design is wonderful. The host Stella is very friendly and after check out she even brought us to the airport. Very recommended.

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Eirichtung ist neu. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Estela ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Estela.

Hemos pasado una semana y hemos disfrutado de lo lindo. Todo esta completamente nuevo. La playa esta a dos pasos asi como los restaurantes y supermercados. Estela, la propietaria, estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviesemos agusto. Volveremos seguro, lo recomendamos al 100%
