Up and coming downtown area of Aguadilla, known for the beautiful ocean right next to its city center, is slowly being brought back up! Paseo Real Marina walkway was reconstructed a couple of years ago and since then many restaurants and kiosks have opened nearby.

Guests will have the entire apartment for themselves. It is a second floor unit right in front of the pool area. Common areas include the pool and seating area. You will have two assigned parking spots inside gate.

This was our first stay in this unit but second time in this condo complex. We chose it due to proximity of restaurants, grocery store and gas stations and of course because the beach is across the street. Very happening area and can be very loud at times not that it’s the property owners fault. We will stay here again. The apartment had everything we needed but it would have been nice for it to have a small cooler to take drinks to beach.

Wifi kept going out and had to reset it on a daily basis. Other than that it was great place to stay. Beach access is non existent unless you drive down to Colon beach for access. Not necessarily a swimmable ocean but overall a great experience i would stay here again.
