There are fruit trees, flowers, vegetable plants, and the lot also includes the use of patio furniture, hammocks, BBQ grill, fire pit and even a washer machine (additional cost for laundry). The place was in a very remote area surrounded by hens and roosters. You can hear them night and day. The Mini house was ugly. It looked like PVC walls. You can see all the screws, not painted and badly put together. The floors were still dirty. The appliances and sinks bathroom are all rusty. The furniture is all different then the pictures on Vrbo, it looked like they got furniture from a garage sell. Asked for a refund for the 2nd half of my stay and got it after hours of going back and forth with Vrbo reps and the owner, who where very reluctant on refunding me at first. Not a pleasant experience.

Water leak in bathroom, was fixed later the next day. Show caddy was broken so we had to keep everything on the floor in the shower. No hot water to take a shower. Only one spoon and had to ask for more. I only had a fitted sheet on my bed to go with a small blanket. I was informed that sheets were in a trunk in the guest bedroom after I asked for sheets. No broom to sweep floors so we had to wear sandals or shoes because the floors were getting dirty. No washcloths and had to ask for some so we could wash ourselves. Owner turned the AC off on us while we were gone and told me to let him know when we were on our way back so he could turn it back on. While we were coming back I messaged him 3 times but got no response. I called him when we returned because it was super HOT in our place. He instructed me how to go outside and turn the AC back on. I was on vacation and it should not be my responsibility to take care of things like that or worry about leaving he AC on or off during our stay.
Broken shower caddy. Owner said he would figure something out but never did.
Had to store shower supplies on shower floor.
Dirty towel owner left while fixing leak.
Rust and soaking wet towels from leak.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing short from an excellent stay! Family of 5 slept super comfortable, Tony is a pleasure to meet. Everything is as listed online. Clean, quiet, lots of close restaurants and Crash Boat Beach is super close as well. Love it!!

Unless you want to spend a day bbqing with friends outside and have a place to sleep and then go back home, dont stay here. No wifi. Worst mattresses EVER. Not even complimentary water bottles were left You wont be given a code the host will be very persistent about meeting in person to “check through the cameras” Its not close to the ocean its more a country side situation.
