Fantastic house, great communication. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, with a great bar/grill close to the pool, outdoor dining and a nice seating area on the patio. The kitchen was very well appointed and had all we needed for our stay. It was nice to have an extra full-sized fridge that stayed really cold - we made that our drink fridge. The proximity of the outdoor area to the kitchen is really nice. The bedrooms are all very big - much larger than shown in the pictures - and include couches or a big chaise for seating. There is truly not a bad bedroom in the house. We had an issue with the A/C leaking in one of the rooms, but we had one more rooms than our group needed, so we just didn't use it. They came and fixed it quickly and were very responsive. The A/C in the bedrooms stayed nice and cool. The central living area of the house gets quite warm and does not have A/C, but we didn't find this to be an issue since we were usually outside. Two things to be aware of regarding bathrooms. First, there is a solar water heater. Since we had many cloudy days, we also had many cool showers and most of us never did have a hot shower. Not a huge deal since it was plenty warm outside. Second, as is common in the Caribbean, toilet paper should not be flushed. This takes a little getting used to for those of us accustomed to flushing. They do provide maid service to empty the bathroom trashes and tidy the kitchen. Overall, a wonderful stay!!
