We had a fabulous 1 nights stay at this wonderful hotel made so special by the staff! They were so helpful before we arrived by booking train tickets and arranging taxis, during our stay with making sure meals were swift when we went out and at the end of our stay by ordering me a raincoat which arrived within 15 mins as i had forgotten to bring one with me & it was raining at my onward safari experience!! My fiancé visited India for the very first time, and Agra was at the top of our list. Trident Agra was a spontaneous choice for me, based on the brand’s legacy, and I expected a wonderful stay as always. However, their hospitality went far beyond my expectations. The staff was exceptionally caring and attentive, especially when they went out of their way to provide a hot water bag for my fiancé and even arranged for medicines by sending a staff member to a local pharmacy at 11 p.m. Such gestures truly reflect their commitment to guest comfort. For anyone traveling to Agra, I would wholeheartedly recommend Trident as the first and only choice for your stay. Wishing the entire team continued success!

We had a great stay here. Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. I have stayed at other trident hotels before and it's usually pretty good. The reason for one less star is - I was traveling with my family. I had booked two rooms. Weeks before my stay I had requested that they either give me connecting rooms, or the rooms be close enough to each other. They ended up giving us rooms at the opposite ends of the hallway. They moved us to closer rooms for the second night. But it was a major inconvenience to stay in rooms that weren't close to each other - especially when I requested weeks before and they agreed to honor my request.
