Great place. Our hosts were very accommodating to our needs. It's a pretty convenient spot with lots of food around, as well as a working ATM (for foreign cards) just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Aman homestay was a lovely place in the middle of Agra. It was conveniently located. The family that runs the place is really lovely. Just full of energy and delight. The rooms are really nice and very comfortable. We also liked our tuk tuk driver Viban who picked us up every day at the hotel I took us to all kinds of interesting places. I would recommend staying there and if I was ever to return to Agra, I would stay there again. I truly felt comfortable and a warm reception.

Perfect location, comfortable and clean

We had a wonderful stay at Aman Homestay! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short distance from the Taj Mahal, which made visiting incredibly easy. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was the family-style dinner — it was delicious and a lovely way to experience authentic home-cooked food while connecting with other guests. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Aman Homestay for a cozy, convenient, and memorable stay in Agra!

Amazing staff, helped arrange a driver to get me and my mum to Jaipur as I was unwell and didn’t want to take the bus, so so friendly and accommodating, I loved staying here. Room was immaculate!

Beautiful hotel with a homey atmosphere very close to the Taj Mahal. We loved eating the home cooked dinner with other guests and enjoying a beer on the roof while overlooking the city. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it really felt like staying in someone's home.

Super friendly staff. Great home-cooked food. Room was small but comfortable. Shower was nice, but hot water ran out after 5 mins and the towel was sand paper. Rooftop terraces were great. I would definitely stay here again, especially over most other places in India.

We loved the hotel from the minute we arrived It has a lovely lobby and the owners are so helpful and friendly Our room was beautiful The food prepared by the family was delicious and sitting at big tables with other guests was great to swap stories of our days The best thing was the rooftop balcony with a view of the Taj Mahal I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Agra

Aman Homestay was an absolute gem! The location is fantastic—just a short and easy walk to the Taj Mahal, making it incredibly convenient for early morning or late evening visits. Pros: My room was clean and equipped with all the things I needed. There were 4 of us and the bed arrangement was perfect. There were 1 king and 2 twins and they were comfortable. Check-in was fast, staff was friendly and Wifi was working well through out the property. You can also see Taj Mahal from the roof top. We had breakfast there and it was great. Cons: adjusting the shower temperature was difficult as it goes from cold to super hot with slight turn. There was no breakfast buffet. We had to order from the menu with limited choice.

We stayed in Aman Homestay for 2 nights and it was very pleasant and comfortable. Room was very clean as expected, comfortable bed (mattress on the firm side which we prefer), pillows could be less firm though. Clean bathroom with all you'd need for your stay. We booked dinner there on both nights which was super tasty and plentiful. It's set menu with 3 types of curry, some nan or chapattis and sweet and water (drinks are addiional) and we also had breakfast on both mornings with a choice of traditional indian or choice of some eggs, yogurts etc. Less than 10 min walk from Taj Mahal parking where you get into golf cart to take you to the main entrance. They can arrange for a driver as well if needed for further trips. Overral very good experience which I'd very much recommend.

The family who run this boutique hotel are warm and very friendly. It really felt like a hotel homestay. My children loved the disco lighting motif in our room and around the hotel. Food was quite good. Highly recommend this place.

Inexpensive comfortable hotel close to Taj Mahal

We stayed here due to it's proximity to the Taj Mahal - it's location is pretty good, it's clean and the service is excellent. Even though it says 24/7 reception, this isn't really true as the family live in the hotel itself so are asleep - something we found out when we turned up at 1am due to travelling from Jaipur, which left us banging on the door outside for ages to get someone to wake up. So, if you plan to arrive late, don't book this place as you'll be left on the street. The hotel staff member said I should have given them notice we were arrive late, however in our defence the hundreds of hotels I've used over the years will always have someone on reception all night if they advertise 24/7 reception. Apart from that, the room was loverly and spacious, clean, large shower, comfy beds etc. A TukTuk to the East Gate is about 200INR max.
