On upper level, 2 bunk bedrooms each with 4 single bunk beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with stone bench tops. Included are oven, dishwasher, plenty of crockery, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Open plan dining and sitting area with ocean views and massive commercial-grade stacker opening glass doors.
Large second sitting area with flat screen TV with Foxtel.
Exceptionally large outdoor decking area with bbq, sun lounges, dining table and chairs.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

All bedrooms include ready-made beds with fresh linen and bath towels.

Note : Internet and mobile reception is limited. Swimming pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, half basketball court and outdoor dining pavilions are located at the nearby Estate Club facilities, not directly at the Tree House property.

This property is not available for party type gatherings , strict regulations apply & number of guests is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corporate managers whom are active with ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms and that the property is suitable for your needs. Bookings are only accepted for families and quiet respectful people.
Regulations;
- Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm, loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts, youth groups including schoolies - are not permitted

- Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.

- 30km speed limit at all times

- If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)

- No caravans, boats, trailers, or camping permitted at properties
