This completely restored one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located on a quiet street, just a short walk (5 to 10 min.) to the city’s main attractions: the closest beach, Ammoudi, which offers various watersports activities, the promenade, Voulismeni lake, the harbor, the bars, restaurants and shops, the weekly market offering fresh produce, and the museum.
Situated on the second floor of a villa overlooking the sea, CasaDeMar is a 60 sqm modern furnished apartment consisting of a spacious living room with a foldout couch, one bedroom with a matrimonial bed, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances perfect for self-catering and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation features also a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views. The flat is ideal for up to 4 people.
Wifi, air-conditioning and a Netflix account are also available free of charge.
Agios Nikolaos offers easy access to other Cretan attractions: Spinalonga, Elounda, Ierapetra and Chrisi Island, Vai palm beach.
