Ida and the staff were attentive and helpful. Facility is immaculate and beautiful. Free shuttle service into town was a plus. Pool was clean, although too cold to swim in for us. Outdoor dining area is magnificent, although more fruit and hot dishes would be welcomed. A family run operation that should be on your list.

Quiet place on the hill

Amazing place to stay. Nestled high up above the amalfi coast, it had incredible views and was nice and peaceful. Staff was friendly, great breakfast, locely clean room. View from breakfast patio was amazing! Would recommend to anyone to stay here. They also offer a free shuttle service into town!

Staff were very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Great place to stay if you like a quiet area. We had noisey neighbours upstairs on a couple of occasions, the first was dealt with by Ida on reception who was lovely, and the other I tried to ignore.not the hotel's fault at all . The hotel itself is absolutely spotless, breakfast very nice continental selection. We didn't dine unfortunately as our daughter is a very picky eater but prices very very reasonable along with drinks menu. Would definitely recommend staying away from Amalfi as it's just so busy in the peak of season and prices are higher We hired a car close to Airport , but used the hotel shuttle up and down to town one evening so I could have a beer, this was free of charge and pre bookable. Altogether a pleasureable experience and would definitely recommend, this is an honest review.

Stayed here for a week and wish it could have been longer. Away from the busy areas of the amalfi but the shuttle bus provided into bomerano is a massive plus. Room extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast very good. But for us the big positive was the staff. From the cleaners, to the breakfast staff and the receptionist. All were very helpful and extremely polite and happy. Special mention to Ida who couldnt do enough for us on our stay. We will be back...

I held off on this review for a while because of EXPEDIA. this hotel is advertised to be 15 minutes from the positano ferry landing which is why we booked it for our trip to positano. Don’t be fooled it is not 15 minutes but over an hr. When we arrived by ferry no taxi wanted to take us to Parinello Palace and it costs us about 170 euros or 200 dollars. We spent one night, booked a new hotel in Positano and left in the morning. Expedia really dropped the ball on this one and completely ruined our vacation with their false advertisement. As a loyal Expedia customer I have lost all trust in this company after this. They made no effort to rectify the situation bc of hotel cancellation policy. The hotel explained that this is an issue with Expedia and they have tried to rectify the false advertisement with no luck. However if you plan to stay in Agerola and have no desire to visit Positano from there (unless maybe you rent scooters.) the hotel was nice. There is a convenient free shuttle service from the hotel to the main square. The town is quiet but nice. The hotel has a pool but will chase you down to make sure you’re not using their bath towels and ask you to rent towels for 2 Euros. How do you have a pool but don’t provide towels but ok. The hotel staff was defensive when I tried to check out saying that they sent me an email explaining the location which I didn’t get- the hotel or Expedia should have refunded us for the two nights that we did not stay in the hotel.

This place was a total surprise. It was so inexpensive that I couldn’t believe it would be real. The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated and in a very charming town up in the hills of the Amalfi coast. The bed is the most comfortable one we slept in all week and the breakfast was just awesome And in a manicured set up. Overall, this is the best place you could get for the investment and in a very amazing Italian town.

The ultimate relaxation

Multi sensory experience, from the beauty of the mountains, merged with the amalfi coast beach view to the smell of the trees and the flowers not to forget how clean and nice coastal decor of the hotel. Panariello Palace is a true hidden gem in Agerola! We loved our stay so much, the room was amazing, we had straight access from our room to the terrace and the garden where they serve breakfast and it was so delightful to wake up to an amazing view. The staff is the best, everyone so kind and welcoming! The shuttle to Bommerano was definitely a huge help and from there we took the bus all the way down to Amalfi. 100% recommended!

We loved Panarillo Palce, The people were so friendly and helpful. It’s high in the mountains between Amalfi and Positano. About 2500 feet above the Mediterranean. Cozy comfortable clean. The hotel is only 4 years old and ran by the family. Get a sea view you won’t be disappointed.
