Nice house in a spanish syle overhanging the city of Agadir, in a enclosed plot planted with trees and full of flowers. There also is a big swimming pool.
The house id located in residential area, quiet and safe.
The house is composed of three living-rooms, a fully-equiped kitchen, four bedrooms including a parental suite with a balcony. there also is air-con.
On the first floor there are a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzi.
Nice finishing touches, upscale furnishing.

Truly beautiful property
All the rooms a good size and lots of moroccan mosaic bathrooms. The highlight without doubt is the 2 x 3 m screen in the upstairs room for watching netflix etc after dark. Such a superb addition is also a first for us a rental property. The pool although too cold for swimming in December is the biggest and best in over 10 properties we have previously rented. We used all the daylight hours and some of the evening ones sitting outside here since the garden was well lit. I believe it will now have out of season heating which would mean we probably would never have left the beautiful garden! We particular we enjoyed spotting the several tortoises living in the garden. Fatima deserves a special mention for doing ALL our washing up since the dishwasher didn't work and generally looking after the house during our stay. Rachid always on hand to tame banging shutters (we had some wind our first days) and start up the Hamman or sauna in the basement for when we returned from a day out. Wonderful additions to an already well appointed property. The house is secure in its own grounds and in a nice area only a short drive from down town.

Séjour en famille, 5 adultes et 2 enfants, du 06 au 13 août 2025. Très belle villa située dans un quartier tranquille et proche du centre d'Agadir. Belle piscine avec une zone sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants. Le gardien Rachid met tout en oeuvre pour faciliter votre séjour et Rachida la femme de ménage effectue quotidiennement un ménage parfait. Avant notre arrivée nous avons pris contact avec Rachid pour caler quelques aspects pratiques : transport, repas du soir. Sur ses conseils avisés, nous avons renoncé à louer un véhicule pour recourir à des taxis pour nos déplacements locaux et à une agence de tourisme pour nos sorties (Fun Trips Agadir avec Zakaria comme chauffeur). Au final, bien plus simple, bien plus reposant pour un coût total équivalent. Nous avons pris tous nos repas du soir à la villa. Préparés par Rachid et son épouse nous nous sommes régalés. Grâce à vous tous, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Toute notre reconnaissance et notre gratitude pour votre dévouement.

Exceptionnel! Un séjour parfait! Sur tous les points, la villa est spacieuse, dans un quartier calme et à la fois à proximité de toutes commodités, la piscine est grande avec ce plus (petit bassin) pour les familles avec des petits, vraiment top, les enfants ont adorés! La cuisine est grande avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Coup de cœur chambre parentale et un des salons avec rétroprojecteur. La villa 20/20Rachid, une personne exceptionnelle, attentionné, discret, serviable, d’une gentillesse incomparable et un vrai dictionnaire de bonnes adresses, nous avons découvert grâce à lui des restaurants, souks, lieus, plages j’en passe, à absolument faire et découvrir, c est monsieur action réaction. Rachida la femme de ménage est Pas en reste, adorable et discrète, elle fait tout pour que vous en ayez le moins à faire voir Rien :) j ai tant à dire, nous sommes tous reconnaissants vis à vis de ces 2 personnes qui ont fait de notre séjour des vacances PARFAITES!!! MERCI !

Riad spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Le Gardien disponible, au petit soin, gentil et chaleureux. Rachida, femme de ménage, adorable, prévenante. visites dans les alentours agréables, les marocains chaleureux. Et les plats tout simplement délicieux. Pour louer une voiture, n'hésitez à passer par Rachid le gardien. Envie d'y retourner !!!

Très bon séjour
Belle villa très spacieuse, piscine magnifique, très bien situé dans les hauteurs d’Agadir. (location de voiture indispensable)

la Dame de ménage Fatima au top très gentille et discrète, cuisine super bien (sur demande avec supplément)

Superbe séjour
Les prestations annoncées par l'annoncent sont au RDV, rien à redire.
Le gardien Rachid, nous a accueilli parfaitement et il nous a accompagné pendant ce séjour d'une façon remarquable.
La propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas au niveau souhaité mais cela a été corrigé immédiatement. Merci c'était superbe.

Tout d abord merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité.Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille merveilleuses les enfants étaient ravis propreté irréprochable la piscine sauna hamam et Jaccusi convenables je tiens à remercier particulièrement Rachid pour sa gentillesse et ses services inégalables, merci à Lakbira la femme de ménage pour son travail et encore merci à l equipe pour les bons petits plats partagés comme la famille à très très bientôt 😘😘😘

Très bon séjour tout confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Michel. Conforme à l’annonce, elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le gardien Rachid est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La propreté pourrait parfois être améliorée et certains équipements secondaires modernisés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette villa.

Très bon sejour
Villa spacieuse, bien équipée, dans un quartier sécurisé. La villa est propre , le ménage est effectué tous les jours, grande piscine ( mais à rénover), hamam, sauna et jacuzzi très appréciable. Merci à Rachid (qui a une fonction de gardien ) ... mais qui gère d’une main de maître cette villa, à votre disposition 24h sur 24, , à votre écoute et fait tout ce qu’il faut pour que votre séjour soit une réussite complète, vraiment une personne exceptionnelle. PS: un barbecue serait vraiment un plus surtout pour prendre les repas sous la superbe pergola extérieure à côté de la piscine. Nous retournerons sans problème pour un prochain séjour dans cette villa.
