The layout of the house was perfect for our family. And so beautiful! I would recommend bringing a blow dryer, we couldn't find one, but everything else was great! The kitchen is HUGE! The view of the cove was so relaxing. We spent a TON of time on the upstairs deck. Just a wonderful experience!Host was so easy to talk to and reached out ahead of time to see if we needed anything. On future visits we would probably use the boat rental option. It seems like such a convenient and easy way to do it.LOVED this place!

This house is perfect for large family vacations, plenty of bedrooms with full bathrooms, large open living area to gather and a fabulous kitchen that is more than sufficiently stocked. You are just feet away from the lovely dock and pontoon boat that was waiting for us. Matt was very friendly and accommodating with all inquiries. We will definitely stay again.

Great for family trips

The property has a great view and has an open concept! There is a lot of entertainment activities for the guests. The owner is very responsive. Would consider renting this property in the future.

My family converged on Grand Lake and found our perfect place to enjoy the Lake at the Villa. Six adults and 6 kids had plenty of room to spread out, and enjoy our own bathrooms and a great kids room and game room. So much attention to detail has been given to make this place beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. It really was a 5 star accommodation in every way. I especially appreciated the easy access to the lake and the great kitchen. Also easy communication with our host.

Great Group Getaway

We had such a wonderful time during our stay! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and the living and outdoor areas were great for visiting and games. When we arrived it was clean and welcoming. Loved having a place to dock the boat. Our hostess let us know that we could contact her if we had questions. I would definitely revisit this place.

This was our second stay in this house and we couldn't be happier! Everything was just as good as last year. The house is perfect for our multi-family group as it has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space, and the living room and kitchen make a perfect gathering spot. The deck offers wonderful views and plenty of room for meals outside. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at this lake house! It was great for our large group and everyone enjoyed the convenience of having the boat dock right there. The layout of the house is great and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Members of our group rented the house next door which they also own and it was equally terrific! The location to stores and restaurants in the area was also a huge help. Thanks Matt and Michelle for everything…we’ll see you next year!

Wonderful stay on the lake

House was just as described and accommodated our large family. Was also decorated for the holiday, so that was a lovely surprise. Beds are really comfortable. Only mention is that there was no soap in the showers or hairdryers, be prepared unlike we were! Not a big deal as there is a store a very short distance away. It is already our intentions to return.

Beautiful Modern Home

Party of 10. Each couple had their own bedroom And bathroom. One couple does have to stay in the bunk room which isnt as comfortable as the queen and king beds. Upstairs and downstairs refrigerators were super convenient. Great covered porch and lower level porch with corn hole. Parking is pretty convenient a little tricky with trailers. Dock access is great and the cove is quiet.

This house was absolutely beautiful and it was a perfect getaway for our family. We had a group of 3 families with 12 people total. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and have our own space when needed but the kitchen and living room were perfect for us all to gather together. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The game room was a fun place to hang out in the evenings! The two decks were perfect for sitting and watching the lake and we enjoyed several meals outside on the upper deck. The dock was perfect for fishing and when we decided at the last minute to rent the boat, the owner was very helpful. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Amazing accomodations!!

This home was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The living areas were large and comfortable. Best of all were the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. There were 7 ladies all in our 60's. We all had a comfortable bed and many had a private bath as well. Everything was great and we loved it so much we had discussions for a return visit! Thanks for letting us visit your beautiful home.
