Start making lasting memories at this charming house which offers breathtaking lake views. Make a fire in the wood burning fireplace and grab a good spot on the extra comfy sectional couch to cheer on your favorite team while watching the new curved TV. Enjoy the great room with kitchen dining living areas. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you can sip your morning coffee on the deck and watch the pelicans on the shore. Your stay will be unsurpassed with a large dining table to seat 10-12 with a large kitchen island for extra bar seating and an open kitchen to cook meals and enjoy your family and friends. The owners suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms offer XL twin beds to accommodate adults as well as children. A sloping stone path leads down to the private dock to tie up your boat or water craft. Please note that the slope from the house to the dock can be challenging for those with limited mobility and the driveway to the house is also sloped. Play golf, tennis and pickeball at the exclusive Shangri La Resort just 2 miles away.

Great home, bedrooms are good for two families with kids. The dock could probably used for swimming but it was too cold when we visited. Good location, 3 min drive to shabgri la resort

Nice home, a little challenging for 80 year olds but manageable, the steepness of driveway, and parking for 3 cars, loading and unloading. The front step was just manageable, any higher and it would be more challenging. Couldn't negotiate going to the dock. Taking was limited.walks was

Ideal Location & Place

This is our THIRD time at this location and absolutely love it. Facing the North always provides great open views of the lake, the home is well stocked with everything a family needs to enjoy their time on the lake. If you have a boat, there is a handy dock. Minutes away from Shangri La Resort, and many options to eat a local restaurants ON or off the lake! We love it here. Host if amazing to work with!

Great location, great layout

Overall our stay was pretty fantastic this weekend. The location is excellent on Monkey Island, and the view of the lake is stunning. The house itself was fairly clean, though there were several spiders and spiderwebs inside the house, but it is a lake house on the water, so some bugs are to be expected. We did have several kids with us, and quickly realized the dock would be unusable for our stay. Even the adults opted not to risk the steep pathway and difficult hike back up - but to be fair, the listing is completely open and honest about the dock and slope. So we went into the weekend knowing the dock might be a non-option for us. Overall, we would stay here again!

Rest and relax

We love the Dunns lake house/home. It’s immaculate and beautiful. The area is quite and easy to get to ⛳️ golfing courses or fishing or town. But just sitting outside at dawn and dusk drink coffee watching the water and sun rise or set was awesome and relaxing.

Awesome House

Very nice experience and comfortable home. Open great room and kitchen are perfect. Bedrooms are comfortable and the views are top notch. Steep grade to the dock is the only drawback but it’s very manageable if you are not carrying any large or heavy items. Take a small cooler, not a large one. Great communication with owner. We would definitely go back to this property.

Relaxing Getaway!

Beautiful home with amazing view of lake! The space was clean, inviting & spacious for a group of 8. Kitchen was beautiful too. Tons of refrigerator space. Large stone steps and ramp to boat dock was steep - so getting coolers down was a bit difficult. But everything else was AMAZING so it was well worth it:) Highly recommend!
