Nosotros tuvimos un tema, estábamos en la mañana (08:30 am) en la habitación y entraron al cuarto sin tocar, ni avisar, la verdad fue bastante incómodo el momento. Ojalá pudieran implementar marbetes para que el personal de limpieza sepa que puede ingresar a la habitación. Fuera de esa situación el hotel es limpio y la habitación fue bonita.

J’ai, j’ai été extrêmement déçu par les choses suivantes : j’ai loué une chambre avec cuisine mais il y avait un tout et pour tout une fourchette, une cuillère, deux tasses de verre ! J’ai dû demander un minimum qui s’est résumer à deux assiettes et deux verres à vin en bref, rien pour cuisiner… J’ai voulu prendre une douche, le tuyau s’est cassé, j’ai dû changer par moi-même, de plus des chambres sont très vieillles pour ce prix. Je remercie néanmoins la seule et unique personne de tout l’hôtel qui devait tenir et le bar et la réception. Pour corner le tout, j’ai appris en parler avec d’autres clients qu’il y avait deux styles de chambre, les nouvelles et les anciennes et que quand l’on croit faire une belle affaire avec une réduction sur votre site,l’hôtel en profite pour vous envoyer dans des chambres en mauvais état, je prends cela comme un manque de considération pour des gens comme moi voyagent beaucoup…
