Welcome to this homely, self-contained and fully equipped unit with no internal stairs for easy access. Complete with a lovely, large enclosed front yard which is very rare with units in Adelaide. You’ll feel right at home here and will love the convenient location near shops and public bus stop just a 3-minute walk around the corner. 1 bus will take you straight into the city.
You'll have the entire home (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) to enjoy. If you need any assistance, I'm just a text, email or phone call away.
Campbelltown is a very family and worker friendly area. Very conveniently located between the city and the East Adelaide Hills. Lots of local playgrounds and walking/running/cycling trails nearby. Short drive to Morialta Falls where you can see Koalas in their natural habitat or Black Hill Conservation Park where there's wild kangaroos to see!

The Cherry Orchards are a short drive up Montacute Rd for pick your own cherries in Cherry season which is an activity everyone will love.

Drive about 25 minutes up the road to hand feed the animals at Gorge Wildlife Park.

The lovely Lochiel Park trail is nearby and connects all the way into the city.

Lovely family getaway
A great little unit with all the little things taken care of. Travelling with a young family we appreciated the books, toys, high chair, portacot, laundry and all the kids friendly kitchen items. Close to shops and restaurants and park too. Very easy place to holiday and we all felt right at home.

Exactly as expected
The place isn’t flashy and feels more like a motel than a house but it was perfectly comfortable and a good place to use as a base while staying in Adelaide. We only slept there, spending the day time elsewhere. It was clean and had all the bare necessities. My only complaints were the use of sheets instead of proper doona covers (I understand it’s probably easier for cleaners but it’s a much worse experience to sleep in) and no fly screens on the windows so after a hot day we had to use air con rather than let the nice cool air in because of mosquitoes (and the aircon would randomly turn off after a time - but that might be a setting issue). The location isn’t anything amazing but it was near where we needed to be so worked well for us. The house was what we expected from reading the description and reviews and we would stay again.
