The Hotel, staff and food were excellent. But the huge fail was how dirty the pool area floor was extremely bad. Just hosting down only moves the dirt around. Very yucky feeling on your bare feet. I did tell reception desk .

The breakfast was excellent. Room clean but would definitely ask for a higher room next time as our 2nd floor room looked at a car park wall. Staff were very nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool.

Loved the hotel location , I had a super corner room with lots of light and overlooking the city. Good breakfasts and a delicious steak one night for dinner. Sunny area to sit by the pool. Small pool but well used. Really helpful team of staff. Would stay again .

Nice hotel, very helpful staff. The only downside was that the streets in the surrounding area are quite dirty and unappealing. Not the hotel’s responsibility, of course, but a drawback. The Rundle Mall area is lovely and clean.
