Nice property just needs some attention to detail!
This property is very nice however there were a few things that dampened our stay.Firstly the property management at Elegant Stays, Chirag, was very polite, efficient and helpful.The property is nice however there is a noise detector in the place and it is not obvious, it is under the dining table! We were sent an automatic text before 730pm about excessive noise from an outburst of group laughter when quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.The place is clean but there are kitchen items that were not and things like cookware that needs replacing or increased for the number of people that can stay (fry pans, saucepans, mising/salad bowls & some utensils). The rangehood was greasy and the extra items in the fridge were not a bit "done"At the time of booking the VRBO listing showed a dryer and a hot tub but neither are in the property.The welcome items were a very nice touch and appreciated. The beds and linen were comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay but the property needs a bit of TLC. Again Chirang was a great help and has taken our email on board to help improve the property for future guests.
