Fabulous independent villa built on two floors and featuring three spacious and bright double bedrooms (master with en-suite bathroom) all with access to a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, ample living-dining room offering breathtaking views of the Ocean, La Gomera Island, and its fabulous sunsets, independent kitchen equipped with modern appliances and adjacent laundry-room with washer and dryer.
Terrace with dine-al-fresco facilities and outstanding chill-out /solarium area accommodating comfortably six guests with direct access to the private swimming pool. The pool is heated from 27 October and 31 March to 27c between 11-6 pm . If you require different times we will charge 105 euros per week .
Built in 2012 as a primary residence, this villa features materials and furnishings of the very best quality. Located in a quiet residential area where only luxurious villas have been built, this villa offers privacy, peace and tranquillity away from the main tourist areas but still at only 5 minutes drive from the waterfront and the golf courses. I do not allow parties in the villa at all. It is not appropriate for children, I do not allow.
