The best thing about this apartment is its location. The Los Olivos complex is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and is also very well positioned for local amenities such as restaurants, shops (supermarkets), bus-stops, taxi rank, market, bicycle and car hire (we used Canarias which is less than 10 minutes walk) etc. The free on-street parking is very limited and so if you hire a car you will probably need to pay 10 Euros per day to use the car park under the complex. The apartment is very well located witihn the Los Olivos complex (indeed we thought it was probably the optimal location). The view over the sea is spectacular and the (south facing) balcony and terrace get sun all day, with nice sunsets. The balcony is sheltered from the prevailing easterly wind which is very handy on windy days. The apartment itself is clean and reasomably well-equipped. Nice toilet/shower oom with lots of hot water 24 hours. Any down sides - not really. There is no aircon which was fine for us in December but in the mid-summer might be an issue? The music by the pool that played all day from around 9.30am was too loud for us and we found it quite instrusive. Mind you we were out all day most days and the muscic stopped quite early in the evening (around 6-7pm but mya go on longer in the summer when thevenmings are lighter?). The gym at Los Olivos is disappointing and if that was an imprtant thing for ptnetila renters, you might want t choose another comlex and arrange t use an externa gym

This was a lovely apartment with a great view and brilliant location, the icing on the cake would have been new outdoor furniture, whilst acceptable we have stayed in lower cost accommodation with newer and more comfortable furniture
