On the finca are 2 cottages: Casa Moritz and Casita Sunshine. Casita Sunshine is located above the main house and has its own sun and terrace area, so each of the two units has its own outdoor area and privacy is given, only for pool use, guests of the Casita Susana have access to the lower level of Casa Maxi. The finca provides itself with solar energy. Both cottages are modern furnished on a well maintained plot. The main house Casa Moritz has 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 2 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. Living-dining room with open kitchen and cooking island. The kitchen has a 4-ring gas hob, freezer, fridge and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are provided, beach towels should be brought. There is a communal washing machine.

A large covered breakfast terrace and a covered chill out terrace with couch provide the absolute feel-good factor. For entertainment there is satellite TV with radio.
