Casita Sunshine, has its own sun and terrace area. There are 2 holiday homes on the finca: Casa Maxi and Casita Susana. Casita Susana is located above the main house and has its own sun and terrace area, so each of the two residential units has its own outdoor area and thus creates privacy, only for pool use do guests of Casita Susana have access to the lower level of Casa Maxi.
The finca supplies itself with solar energy. Therefore there are none of the big "power guzzlers" like dishwashers or washing machines in the house. Both cottages are modernly furnished on a well-kept plot. Due to the 400 meters of altitude you have a wonderful view of the sea and the neighboring island of La Gomera as well as the breathtaking sunsets. Internet via WiFi.
Casita Susana consists of a living room and a separate small bedroom. Shower room with wash basin and toilet. Living-dining room with kitchenette. The kitchen has a 2 burner gas stove, fridge, sink. Towels and bed linen are provided, beach towels should be brought. Two sun terraces, one with a barbecue area, are available for single use. For entertainment there is satellite TV with radio.
The communal pool can be used by all tenants of the finca. It is a non-smoking property. There is a German butcher and restaurants 1 km away. The nearest beach and the Costa Adeje are about 7 km away, the next golf course about 5 minutes. From the south airport it is approx. 25 km to the property.

Tolle Lage, Unterkunft sanierungsbedürftig
Unser Aufenthalt Aufenthalt Teneriffa war sehr schön. Wir waren viel unterwegs.
Die Unterkunft kann allerdings nicht halten, was bei der Buchung versprochen wurde.Die Lage ist zweifelsfrei atemberaubend!Die Unterkunft leider nicht!!!
Im Einzelnen:
- es fängt beim Schuhabtreter im Eingang bereits an; der sollte schleunigst ausgetauscht werden
- in der Küche ist der Einbaukühlschrank defekt; ein Ersatz wurde im kleinen schlaftzimmer bereitgestellt, war aber recht laut
- die Geschirrausstattung ist zusammengewürfelt; die Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht gereinigt
- die Armatur im Spülbecken ist wackelig, lässt sich nicht richtig schwenken und ist angerostet
- der Abfluss ist laienhaft mit einer Plastikfolie abgedichtet!!!
-die Arbeitsplatte ist im Spülbeckenbereich aufgequollen und die Stirnleiste hat sich gelöst
- Bad, im Bad ist der Duschkopf für die Überkopfdusche total vergammelt/verrostet
- die Halterung für die Handdusche ist gebrochen
- die eine Hälfte der Duschkabinentür ist nicht mehr in der vorgesehenen Führungsleiste
- der Abluß verstopfte, und wir mussten knapp 100 Euro für die Beseitigung bezahlen, obwohl der Abluss schon vorher sehr zögerlich war
- Wohn/Schlafbereich: Der linke elektrische Rolladen ist defekt; die Bettvorleger sind unzumutbar
- der Fernseher hatte eine sehr schlechtr Tonqualität, eine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher gab es nicht
Sonstiges: dei Auflagen der Liegen und Zusatzkissen sind verschimmelt.
