Great Location

The property was comfortable and as expected. There was a slight mix up with the key for the pool area however this was dealt with promptly by the property manager.The parking under the apartment was most convenient and the location of the building was perfect for us as it wasn't packed with tourists.We would like to visit again one day :)

Had a great week in the apartment. Quiet area of mainly residential properties. Not far from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Integral garage was great for security and prevented us form having to compete for a limited number of street parking spaces available. We would return

het huisje was wel oke

de vloer was niet zo proper, zelf nog gepoetst meerdere kakkerlakken gehad en na een paar dagen veel kleine kruipende beestjes, keuken kastjes en tablet zaten soms vol, niet zo leuk met een baby, misschien nodig om de keuken eens een goede poetsbeurt te geven

Callao Selvaje… bellissima esperienza

La casa ha tutti i comfort per ogni esigenza, letti comodi, cucina attrezzata bene, i bagni comodi ma… purtroppo manca il bidet… comunque sia è stato un ottimo soggiorno, le ragazze Deborah e Kelly sempre a disposizione per suggerimenti vari. Comodo anche il garage dove poi si accede direttamente alla casa, piscina curata e pulita. Quartiere silenzioso, bello. Vacanza positiva! Grazie

Schöne Zeit in schöner Atmosphäre

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub.Das Haus bot genügend Platz und ist ruhig gelegen. Alle wesentlichen Punkte, wie Bäcker, Supermarkt und Cafés sind auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Tiefgaragenanlage mit der direkt unter dem Haus gelegenen Einzelgarage, rundete alles noch ab.Dies war bei Einkäufen, eine tolle Sache. Einzig die Couch im Wohnzimmer und die Matratze im Balkonschlafzimmer sollten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten, war alles gut. Vielen Dank auch an die nette Verwalterin Frau Lopez und Ihr Team.Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und eignet sich gut für alle, die tagsüber sowieso unterwegs sind. Für Urlaubstage im Haus und auf der Terrasse fehlten uns aber nach ein paar Tagen irgendeine Art von Ausblick (oberhalb der Ummauerung der Terrasse ist ausschließlich das nicht weit entfernte Haus gegenüber zu sehen) und eine bequeme Relaxmöglichkeit wie z.B. Liegestühle auf der Terrasse. Die Garage im Haus ist eigentlich nur für Kleinstwagen geeignet. Mit unserem geliehenen C3 war es da ganz schön eng und eine ordentliche Kurbelei.

Hier wohnt es sich gut - ein prima Feriendomizil!

Wir (3 Erwachsene) kamen in ein Haus, in dem ich mich allein schon durch die Bilder auskannte, alle Bilder sind absolut authentisch. Die Ausstattung ist komplett: Küche mit Backofen, Heißwasserkocher, eine Kaffemaschine (mit vorhandenen Filtern!), Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit TK-Abteil, Geschirr, Tassen, Gläser, Brettchen, große Messer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Einkaufstasche, Putzmittel, Bügeleisen+Staubsauger (wer's im Urlaub braucht). Sehr angenehm vorzufinden: Tee, Salz, Zucker (weiß+braun), Essig, Öl, Gewürze. Sogar eine Kühltasche fürs Wasser. Unser Sohn hat die gute WLAN-Verbindung genossen, den Flachbildfernseher und das separate WC mit reichlich vorhandenem Toilettenpapier. Duschen und Haarewaschen gefällig? Duschgel (riecht gut)+ Shampoo und Fön: alles im Bad, Handseife sowieso. In den Schlafzimmern fanden wir zusätzliche Kopfkissen und Decken. Die Matratze im großen Schlafzimmer ist etwas fester, die im kleineren relativ weich. Grillen auf der Terasse funktioniert gut, die Terasse selbst ist pflegeleicht, s. Wasseranschluß. Der Abfluß ist mittig im Boden unter dem Sonnenschirm. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, es kommen nur Residenten hinein, die Wasserqualität im Pool wird jeden Tag kontrolliert. Aber das Meer ist nur in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein netter kleiner Strand mit aktiver Badeaufsicht und einem Restaurant. In der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es mindestens 15 Möglichkeiten zum Essen auszugehen. Etwa 3 Supermärkte rundum, mind. 2 Bäckereien. Busstation ebenfalls in 3 min Entfernung. In 30 min ist man für ca 2,50 in Los Cristianos ( alle 20 - 40 min). Dort kann man sich partymäßig austoben, Callao Salvaje ist etwas geruhsamer. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert, es gibt so viel zu sehen! Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Einweisung durch Rafael charmant. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und wenn ich wieder nach Teneriffa komme, würde ich dort wieder gerne wohnen. Danke für diese eine Woche.
