The cosy and well-furnished apartment “La Casita” with views onto the sea is situated in the municipality of Adeje, in the southwest of Tenerife, and is only a short drive from the beach. The 100 m² apartment extends across 2 floors and consists of a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The lovely private outdoor area boasts a balcony and an open terrace with views of the mountains and onto the sea, which invites you to have coffee in the morning or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. The communal outdoor area offers a pool and deck chairs. A pharmacy is only 200 m away, and a supermarket, cafés and restaurants are all within a 3-minute drive. The closest sandy beach, Playa Abama, can be reached within a 17-minute drive (11 km) to San Juan. There you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the nice panorama of the bay. A golf course lies an 8-minute drive (4 km) away, the popular Siam amusement park can be visited after a 12-minute drive (13 km), and the scenic area also offers many routes for hiking or cycling. Within a one-hour drive (54 km), you will be able to reach the volcano “Pico del Teide”, and Tenerife South Airport is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) from the apartment.

sehr schöne und große Fewo in guter Lage, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, bietet viel Platz und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großzügigen Wohnbereich befinden sich eine schöne Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Eßtisch, gemütliche Couch mit Tisch, Sat-TV und ein Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Meer und Palmen. Vermißt haben wir lediglich ein Backblech für den Ofen (ein Rost ist vorhanden) sowie Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine. Zur Verfügung stehen 2 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad, Dusche, WC sowie zusätzlich ein separates WC. Auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen kann man den Tag gemütlich mit Blick auf La Gomera und den Sonnenuntergang im Meer ausklingen lassen. Der hauseigene Pool befindet sich nur wenige Meter entfernt auf dem Nachbargrundstück in einem schön angelegten Garten. Die Fewo liegt etwas erhöht auf einem Hügel, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist vom Flughafen Süd gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Supermärkte in Adeje und auch zu den Orten Playa de las Americas, Los Christianos mit weißen Stränden, Geschäften, Restaurants und Flaniermeilen ist es nur ein kleines Stück weiter. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und freundlich. Es war auch kein Problem ohne Aufpreis 2 Stunden später auszuchecken. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder (Mai 2024)
