The apartment is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort (TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, dishwasher).
Spread over 2 surfaces. It is composed on the ground floor of a living area: large kitchen-living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a double bedroom, a large closet where there is a safety safe, a bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet, shower, large sink (sink) and washing machine, an internal balcony. Through a lava stone stairs you enter a mezzanine where there are 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
The beach is in front of the house, there are many black lava rock inlets nearby that contrast with the blue of the sea, characteristic places where to dive for a pleasant restorative bath.
Taormina, the island. Bella and Etna: destinations not to be missed are 30 km away ......

Casa a pochi passi dal mare
La casa è molto carina e ben tenuta, restaurata bene e curata in tanti dettagli. La piccola terrazza esterna vede il mare e il porticciolo di Pozzillo, all'interno ha una camera da letto e un'altra stanza su soppalco perfettamente vivibile, aria condizionata e tutto l'occorrente per poter preparare pasti. Luigi è una persona estremamente gentile e precisa, attento ai suoi ospiti e al loro benessere, sempre pronto e a disposizione, grazie anche all'aiuto di Francesca, ottima gestrice della casa in assenza del proprietario. E' un buon punto per poter visitare Acireale e altri luoghi vicini, il mare è a pochi passi e il luogo tranquillo e vivibile, senza troppo caos nei dintorni. La casa è anche molto bene insonorizzata. Da passarci le vacanze!
