The room was spotless and spacious. The bathroom was perfect!!!! The staff were lovely (night and day). They were very patient with myself and my elderly mother. I’m very grateful!!! My only gripe is that, what we ordered for breakfast was not complete. Overall, our stay was phenomenal!!!

From prompt pick up from the airport to check out, no complaints. The location of this hotel near the airport and is walkable to all kinds of stores. The room was impeccable, and very comfortable. Rebecca and Mavis at the front desk were exemplary examples of hospitality at it's best! Thank you all for making my stay a memorable experience.

Clean Room. Small Hotel but great location in Accra. In a good part of town. Restaurants within in minutes on hotel. You Uber or Bolt rides is recommended. Close to a major street but gotta walk a few blocks.

This property is definitely not a three-star — more like a one or two-star at best. I was extremely disappointed, as my experience didn’t match the reviews. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot, and there’s ongoing construction all around the property, which makes it quite an eyesore.

This was a complete disappointment for me. What was advertised was complete opposite of what we received. There is no restaurant on the premises. There is no that you can walk to a mall or any other amenities. What was advertise was close, walking distance to the mall, close distance to the airport, which was not true, restaurant on site We ordered food and it took two hours for the food to get to us from their secondary location, the breakfast that was served was cold and eventually they decided to send someone to heat our food up each morning. I requested a late check out only to learn that I had overbooked my stay by an extra day and was not refunded. I was very disappointed with the management, i requested to speak with them and for an entire week, no one returned my call. I felt as if I was in prison. Totally ignored by management. If this is what Hotel.com has to offer, I will not book again with you.

O hotel é muito confortável. Tudo é novo, a cama é excelente, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Os arredores podem parecer um pouco ermos pro viajante de primeira viagem, mas a área é segura e próxima da universidade e do aeroporto. Os funcionários são o ponto forte: muito gentis, atenciosos e profissionais. O time todo é incrível. O café da manhã é muito organizado, evitando desperdícios, o que acho excelente: você pede no dia anterior o que vai querer de um menu e é servido exatamente o que foi pedido na hora que pediu. Clean and quiet hotel

I stayed at Oak Plaza at Shiasia on the fringe of East Legon on 26/5/2019 for 7 days. The hotel is small compare to its sister hotel off the Spintex Road. I chose the East Legon branch because it was in a location where the traffic is less busy. I was picked up at the airport by a polite driver. On arrival at hotel, I was given a towel to wipe my hands and a complimentary glass of juice by again polite receptionist. The hotel is very clean. WiFi worked and no water issues with the shower. Been a small hotel it felt very private and it is almost like been at home. Breakfast is freshly made, and you are asked what you prefer the night before. All their food weather continental or local is freshly made whilst you wait. My only complaint which i guess is really a western problem is not been able to have a chilled Sauvignon Blanca after a long day in that heat or a heavy rain storm. They only sell their wine by bottle and could not manage on my own. So Oak if you are reading this find a way of selling wine by glass. I will stay again as they looked after me well. If you are on a busy trip and like me you prefer no road or church noise, then this is the place for you. There is also no gym or pool but they are accommodating enough to pick you up to take you to the Spintex rd branch to gym or swim. All in all the set up works well. Keep up with the good work Oak P.
