Short but comfy in Abu Dhabi

The hotel was quite good but I have to complement the staff. They were all very pleasant and accommodating and do go out of their way to assist. Special mention to David [bell area] as he was the one who really helped me out whether it was with water, or looking for a restaurant or pointing me to the salon and Reda, he was outstanding.

Great hotel in a great location

This was the third hotel in Abu Dhabi for me over the past few months and easily the best of the three. As someone who usually takes the bus into town, the location across from the central bus terminal is very convenient. The front desk clerk (Shazia?) is one of those people who genuinely looks like she enjoys her job and she had me checked in super fast despite a bit of confusion with my booking. The room was a decent size with a great view of the city. The bed was a bit hard for my liking which is why I knocked off one point for comfort but, other than that, it was everything I needed in a room. The pool on the 31st floor was a great place to hang out for a bit during the day while the bar/lounge on the same floor was a welcome spot for a quick drink and snack before turning in for the night. Oh, and did I mention the hotel is attached to one of the largest malls in the area - great place to go for a walk as the temperatures start to rise again for summer. This will be my hotel of choice for future stays in Abu Dhabi.

Very dated room and furniture. Needs to be renovated. Not enough wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner in the room. I had to ask multiple times for housekeeping to bring things. Also, mattress on bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
