Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (3 m diameter, depth 90 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 200 m, grass beach 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
