The front desk staff was very awesome. We were very disappointed in the pool area. The hot tub was broken. It was close to 100 degrees in the pool area which made it nearly impossible for anyone to sit out there if they were not in the water. The climbing rope over the lily pads was not there. Our air conditioner unit leaked water all over the carpet in our room. The ice machine was not working. We had a group of 26 people and all of our rooms had issues. I would not recommend this hotel.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I certainly do apologize for the inconveniences. The hot tub is under repair and waiting on parts. We are hoping to have it up and running soon. We have removed the climbing rope and went to a single rope for safety reasons. We had kids climbing up on top of the net type rope and putting themselves and others in danger. The ice machine was looked at on Monday by a repair guy and will be up and running this week. Please feel free to give me a call if you would like to discuss further.

Hot tub was broken, a notice of that would be nice. FOUR separate, wild kid birthday parties going on at the same time at the pool!! Way to many people in there at one time. Chair in our room was full of grass clippings...obviously not cleaned at all! :( Paint in bathroom peeling off the walls, tacky for a Best Western. Maintenance guy and breakfast lady were very nice! :)

With the cold weather he is running behind and couldn't get here before the weekend. We are addressing the maintenance issues and the housekeeping issues. We will get the problems fixed. Could have been nicer

Rm was 2d floor with window that faced the pool that did not open but allowed all the noise to come in. With late pool hours and then an early (0500) janitorial team, sleeping was difficult. They were also doing construction in stairwells making for long walks with luggage or walking thru dust and carrying dirt to your room only to come back to a room half cleaned by housekeeping staff.

No heat and no shower curtain!

When we arrived we noticed that many of the amenities that they stated on their website were not correct. 1. There was NOT premium bedding. 2. There was NOT a deep soaking bath tub. Just a standard tub with NO shower curtain. When I went to the front desk to tell them, they simply handed me one and expected me to put it on myself! 3. Air conditioning and housekeeping....no HEAT....and no one came to clean our room as we were there 2 nights and were out of the room by 11am and didn't return until 6pm. We had a suite and the living room was sparse...a small desk and two chairs and one ottoman along with a table w/tv. Not what we expected at ALL!
