I felt like at home

I was not there for any sort of therapy. I needed a place to stay to visit my relatives, friends, Venice and around Abano. Very clean place.

Very clean, attractive, and nice in all ways. Very quiet, except that the music carried loudly to my room till 11 p.m. on the evenings where they had dancing: If that would disturb you, ask for a room to which the noise wouldn't carry. The room they first showed me had a crummy mattress that bottomed out, so try your mattress right off and if it's a problem ask for another room. The full board is a great deal if purchased as part of the room, but vegans will find little but potatoes and pasta to eat: they'd do better to have lunches at the very nice restaurant "Vegeteriamoci" right around the block.

La struttura non rispetta le norme COVID. In camera il frigorifero era sporco con ancora dell’acqua del precedente ospite . Lenzuola e asciugamani usurati. In piscina nessun distanziamento sociale, lettini attaccati, i lettini non vengono sanificati al cambio ospite, non viene sanificato ogni due ore. Colazione sufficiente ma mediocre nella qualità dei prodotti, prosciutto immangiabile, gli ospiti si servono da soli senza controllo da parte del personale del rispetto delle norme COVID. Come ciliegina sulla torta, mi sono trovata la macchina strisciata, parcheggiata nel parcheggio privato dell’albergo, posizionata sotto delle telecamere. Alla reception mi hanno congedato dicendomi che il giorno seguente avrebbero controllato le telecamere e mi avrebbero richiamata. Alla fine ho chiamato 3 volte durante la settimana seguente e ogni volta mi viene detto che sarò richiamata, ma questo non avviene. Nell’ultima chiamata scopro che forse le telecamere non funzionano. 200€ di danni sulla macchina nuova e più che altro sono sconcertata dal modo di gestire le problematiche, visto che avevo avvisato in loco che in piscina non vengono rispettate le norme igieniche , nessun intervento o cambiamento di gestione. Zero empatia da parte del personale e nessun responsabile che interviene.

Hitel terme ma per fare una sauna o andare in piscina servino accappatoio e ciabatte, il kit costa 25 euro a persona. Meglio sarebbe indicarlo chiaramente al momento della prenotazione. Ho prenotato una doppia a 136 euro per una notte x poter fare sauna e piscina, ma alla fine ho sprso 186,,,,, allora prenotavo altrove, magari un hotel piu nuovo, piu funzionale e cin meno moquette (polvere ed acari). La mattina ho attivato il segnale rosso di NIN DISTURBARE ma alle 850 una caneriera (rumena) mi ha bussato oer chiedere se poteva fare la camera!!!! Allora a cosa serve il segnale rosso NN DISTURBARE?

Un giorno alle terme

Hotel di buon livello, con ottime piscine (interne ed esterne) ben tenute e con tutti i confort (idromassaggi di ogni tipo). Ottima la possibilità di anticipare il Chek-in per "sfruttare" maggiormente le piscine. Colazione nella norma.

Großes gepflegtes Hotel im Zentrum.

Im perfekten Deutsch empfangen. Mussten leider auf die bestellten Bademäntel länger warten. Ameisen haben das Sofa besetzt. Ansonsten keine größeren Beanstandungen.

Mai più!!! parcheggio a pagamento(caro),e non hai altra scelta visto la posizione isolata. Parcheggio interno troppo lontano dalla reception,se piove o devi tornare in auto devi essere allenato... . No Free Wi-Fi,ormai è una rarità;che figura... Colazione poi ,non ne parliamo.....devi scegliere il tipo di buffet (vari importi da 13 a 25€)per poi consumare. Insomma,tutto complicato per un hotel che ha altre "ambizioni", e non è economico. camere molto belle e confortevoli,almeno quello....

Gute Lage - enttäuschender Außen-Poolbereich

Das Hotel liegt in schöner Lage unmittelbar an der Fußgängerzone. Bei voller Belegung reichen die angebotenen Parkplätze hinten und vorne nicht. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist der Außenpool mit Liegewiese deutlich zu klein und zu laut. Irgendwo läuft regelmäßig ein Aggregat - nicht empfehlenswert.
