Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung und eine persönliche Atmosphäre, da stört es nicht, dass die Einrichtung selbst schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sehr praktisch sind die beiden Terrassen mit jeweils eigenen Gartenmöbeln, die so bei fast jedem Wetter genutzt werden können. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet auch mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz, die Lage zum Meer ist hervorragend.
