På fastigheten finns även en stor vidbyggd carport. Tomten är omväxlande platt och kuperad med något för alls smak och är belägen som ett av de sista huset på lugn återvändsgata. Sammanfattningsvis, ett unikt havsnära boende i den karakteristiska tallskogen. Det finns 4 sovrum med 10 bäddar, finns även en bra bäddsoffa och 2 toaletter med badkar, dusch och bastu.
