Nice apartment - could do with a refresh on the condition of the suite but clean and good value. Very nice host. Walkable to Aachen Dom & old city. Plenty of good restaurants in town and great breakfast spots nearby. Very close to the thermal baths. Overall 8.5 out of 10.

Comfortable stay.

Hotel in a good position and despite being close to a busy road there is no noise thanks to excellent double glazing. Very welcoming, comfortable bed in a room which was just big enough. Excellent choice for the Continental breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Each room has an individual AC unit, but these do not cool very well (possibly not at all). If you are going to be in Aachen when the weather is hot (as I was), be aware that the hotel will be quite warm.

Staff was very kind and the location is perfect. But the air conditioner doesn’t work well at over 30degree outside. Because of the location the noise of the traffic is a little annoying.

Enjoyed the Christmas market and parks near the hotel. Parked in a TINY but very convenient garage at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will return
