property is not in good condition. the couch in the room was torn and very dirty. the plumbing in the restroom smelled bad. floors were clean but stained. cabinets and dresser were beat up. this is a 3 star property not 4.5 as advertised

View from the top of the hotel with a great free breakfast was worth it. Room was nicely appointed and felt newly renovated. Valet parking. Very close to Getty Museum and they even had a complimentary Uber there from the hotel.
