"The elevator didn’t work. The water was shut off for two hours. Laguna beach has terrible sewer smells in the early evening. You can’t sit outside on your balcony or even go for a walk. It sinks very strongly. Won’t ever stay in Laguna beach again."

"Our room was dirty. Had to go ask to get them to re make the beds with new linens because they were dirty on both beds. The chairs at the table in the room had sticky food stuck on them. You can hear your neighbors talking through the wall as well as their TVs. It was terrible"
